The Manuscript Fit Check is a short, selective pre-audit review for completed novels. Its purpose is simple: to determine whether a full Kanonyq structural audit is the right next step for your manuscript.
You send a 1-page synopsis, your opening pages, and a few key details about the manuscript. I review the material and reply with a brief written recommendation.
This is not a mini-audit, a line edit, a beta read, or a full revision plan. It is a fit assessment only.
Who this is for
This is designed for writers with a completed novel who are revising, preparing to query, or deciding whether the manuscript is ready for a full structural audit.
It is not designed for unfinished manuscripts, short stories, poetry, scripts, or line-level feedback. Narrative nonfiction and other atypical projects should use the Custom Audit Plans form instead.

How it works

3. If the manuscript looks like a fit, I’ll either invite you to proceed to the appropriate paid audit tier or, in limited cases, consider it for one of the 3 complimentary founding audit spots.
4. If selected for a paid audit, you’ll continue through KANONYQ’s normal secure upload flow.
